Cursos Internacionales can provide the student accommodation in a Spanish family or in a student residence hall. The student who requests housing, in family or in residence hall, will have to pay as accommodation management fee the following amount:

• Year 2013: 35€.

Homestays:
Cursos Internacionales, acting as a were intermediary, provides students who so wish, accommodation with a Spanish family. We will select a host family for you, who will accommodate you in a single room or a shared room with full board. Once you know the exact dates you will be needing a host family, you will be asked to pay Cursos Internacionales in advance. We will transfer the full amount to the host family.
Prices (per person per day) for the academic year 2013:

• Double room: 20.50€.
• Single room: 22.50€.

Both the day of arrival and the day of departure will be paid as half-days. Prices include homestay, shower or bath, 3 meals a day and bag lunches for the excursions organized by Cursos Internacionales. LAUNDRY AND IRONING ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE. To contract these services, it is necessary to pay the family a supplement of 13.50 euros per week. This payment gives students the right to two full loads of white and colour clothes respectively.

Students who want to cancel their homestay with the assigned family will have to take into account the following rules:
- If the cancellation is carried out before the course starts, Cursos Internacionales will reimburse the whole accommodation fee, except for housing management charges.
- If the cancellation is carried out within the first seven days of homestay, students will have to pay for a whole week plus 25 euros of cancellation charges. 
- If the cancellation is carried out after the first seven days of homestay, students will have to pay for the days of accomomdation plus 50 euros of cancellation charges. 
- Students who cancel their family homestay will not be reimbursed the management charges paid.

Dorm housing:
Cursos Internacionales can also help students who prefer to live in a dorm to find housing in a dorm of, or associated with, the Universidad de Salamanca. Students choosing to live in a dorm have a double or single room with private bathroom, internet service and full board.

Prices for 2013

Students may check into the residence hall after 4:00 p.m. the day before their course begins and they must check out by 12:00 p.m. the day after their course ends.

The students must bring their towels and personal care products.

Cancellation policy

Dorm housing cancellation is subject to the following policies:

• If the cancellation is carried out before the course starts, Cursos Internacionales will reimburse the whole accommodation fee, except for housing management charges.

• For courses of more than a month length: Students choosing to live in a dorm must pay for the first month of accommodation and are not allowed to cancel it within this month. After the first month, students can cancel their accommodation if they notify it seven days before or pay 100 euros of cancellation fee.

• For courses of a month length or shorter: Students can cancel their accommodation if they notify it four days before or pay 60 euros of cancellation fee.

• Students who cancel their accommodation will not be reimbursed the management charges paid.

In the case of having cancelled a homestay or a dorm , students who want to apply for accommodations again will have to pay Cursos Internacionales the management fees.
